Chica Bonita holds a Certificate of Completion from Puppy School. She is responsible to greet all visitors with happy tail-wags and occasional dog kisses (if you are lucky!).

Bill is a graduate of the University of Michigan Dearborn Business School. He has over 30 years of business experience – including extensive experience in insurance restoration, commercial and residential roofing, and property management.  Since 2009, Bill has owned and operated Incore Restoration Group, LLC.

Bill is licensed by the State of Michigan as a General Contractor.  He is a Haag Residential and Commercial Certified Inspector.  He is certified by IICRC in the following areas:

• Fire and Smoke Restoration
• Water Damage Restoration
• Applied Structural Drying
• Applied Microbial Remediation
• Commercial Drying Specialist

In January 2018, Bill was awarded the Dura-Last Master Contractor.

Marian holds a MS degree from Wayne State University School of Engineering and BS degree from Lawrence Technological University. Marian is a certified PMP through the Project Management Institute. She has over 35 years of experience in technical project management and leadership – with a focus on quality and process improvement. Marian oversees Incore marketing and administration activities.

Brian is a graduate of Western Michigan University Business School.  He has over 24 years of experience in the construction business were he has held positions in project management, estimation, and on-site construction management of commercial buildings, multi-family and single-family homes.

Brian is licensed by the State of Michigan as an Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor. He is a Haag Residential Certified Inspector and is certified by IICRC in the following areas:

• Applied Structural Drying
• Water Damage Restoration
• Applied Microbial Remediation
• Fire and Smoke Restoration
• Odor Control
• Commercial Drying Specialist

Jim has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience managing insurance restoration projects. He is a licensed builder, a certified home inspector and an IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technologist.
