I am excited to take this opportunity to introduce you to Incore Restoration Group. Incore is a very successful, Michigan-based, commercial and residential disaster restoration company with a major focus on residential and commercial roofing systems. Although Incore is a full-service restoration contractor, the one thing that sets us apart from all other insurance restoration companies is that just over 50% of what we do is roofing related. We install and repair asphalt shingles, tile, slate, cedar shake and commercial TPO, EPDM, Duro-Last and metal roofing.
From the beginning, Incore has focused on customer service, hiring quality people, excellence in workmanship and fairness in estimating. Our estimators have decades of experience and know the business very well in both residential and commercial insurance losses. In addition to roofing, Incore’s team of field professionals specialize in other exterior systems such as EFIS, stucco and all types of siding systems. We routinely diagnose and repair all types of water intrusion problems associated with windows, chimneys, skylights, damaged flat roof systems, ice damming, and ground water intrusion. We are endorsed by and a member of Contractor Connection. The qualifications that must be met to obtain that endorsement are surely a testimony to our company’s standing in the industry.
Incore has several employees IICRC certified in water restoration, applied structural drying, applied microbial remediation and fire and smoke remediation. Incore has an extensive background in roofing system certifications. We have Haag Certified Inspectors in both residential and commercial roofing. We also hold CertainTeed’s highest accreditation for residential shingle installation, which allows us to warranty our shingle installations for materials, labor and disposal for up to 50 years. We are certified installers for Carlisle, Mule-Hide and Duro-Last commercial roofing systems.
Incore can efficiently handle all types of roofing repairs and replacements as well as any type of insurance losses.
